Helium AI, an artificial intelligence platform created by Neural Arc, has named Sheetal Patole as its Co-Founder, marking a key milestone in the company’s leadership journey. The appointment reflects Helium AI’s intent to further strengthen its global AI offering for individuals and small businesses, while also accelerating its move into the enterprise space.

Patole brings over 24 years of experience, having led AI, data, and digital transformation programmes across industries such as banking, financial services, consulting, resources, and technology.

In her new role, she will focus on shaping how Helium AI is implemented across organisations, ensuring the platform fits seamlessly into everyday workflows and decision-making. Her mandate will also include building strong governance frameworks, driving transparency, and supporting long-term, responsible growth of the platform.

Aniket Tapre, Founder and CEO of Neural Arc, said, “Sheetal’s experience in building and scaling AI systems across global organisations, with a strong emphasis on trust and accountability, makes her a natural fit for Helium AI. She has a rare ability to bridge advanced technology with real business needs across markets. As we expand Helium AI worldwide, her leadership will be crucial in driving adoption and building confidence in the platform.”

Commenting on her appointment, Sheetal Patole said, “AI has moved beyond experimentation. Today, it must deliver real value while being safe, reliable, and responsible. Joining Helium AI at this stage reflects both the ambition and responsibility of what we are building. The focus now is on creating AI that works in real-world settings and delivers measurable outcomes. I look forward to working with Aniket and the team to support global growth and further evolve Helium AI as a platform built on trust, transparency, and accountability.”

Patole has previously held senior leadership roles including Strategist at Infosys, Chief Data & Information Officer at Barclays, and Chief Data & Analytics Officer at Macquarie Bank, where she led large-scale AI and data transformations. She has also worked with PwC, Deloitte, and EY, gaining broad experience across consulting, enterprise technology strategy, and business transformation.
