Shabnam Majumdar has joined Gaana as Director – Partnerships and Alliances. In her new role, she will lead revenue partnerships for the platform, with a focus on building strategic alliances, expanding partnership opportunities, and strengthening Gaana’s ecosystem through new commercial collaborations.

Majumdar brings over two decades of experience across telecom, BFSI, and media & entertainment. Her expertise spans strategic B2B partnerships, revenue growth, market expansion, go-to-market strategy, global account management, and enterprise sales.

Prior to joining Gaana, she was associated with ZEE5 as Associate Director – Strategic Partnerships, Digital, where she worked on scaling subscription revenue through partnerships with telecom, ISP, fintech, and e-commerce partners. She has also worked with Vodafone India, G4S, 92.7 Big FM, HSBC, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, and Max Life Insurance.

Over the course of her career, Majumdar has led large-scale business development and partnership initiatives, including enterprise telecom contracts, OTT subscription partnerships, advertising sales, sports sponsorships, and market expansion initiatives across India and other emerging markets.
