Isha Shah has joined Genesys as Senior Partner Marketing Manager, Asia Pacific & Japan (APJ). In this role, Shah will be based in Mumbai. She will collaborate closely with the APJ Partner ecosystem, Marketing, and Sales teams to drive scalable, ecosystem-led programs that accelerate regional adoption of the Genesys Cloud™ platform and support businesses in their cloud and AI customer experience (CX) transformation.
Shah brings over 16 years of technology experience, with deep expertise in field and partner marketing across global markets. She recently returned to India after close to a decade in the U.S., where she held senior management roles at Amazon Web Services and Dell Technologies.
An MBA graduate from SP Jain School of Global Management, Singapore, she has a strong track record of driving impactful ecosystem programs that fuel business growth. Her earlier experience includes leadership roles in India, ranging from zero-to-one launches to scaling dmg:events (ad:tech New Delhi, iMedia events), LinkedIn, and high-growth startups—giving her a strong blend of global enterprise and regional market expertise.
Shah notes, "Having had a front-row seat at big-tech companies in the U.S. and experiencing how they operate at scale globally, I'm very optimistic about cloud and AI growth in this uniquely diverse and fast-growing region."
