Chandni Shah steps into CEO role at Kinnect and 22feet Tribal

Kinnect and 22feet Tribal have named Chandni Shah as CEO. In a post on LinkedIn, she announced that the agencies will onboard only five new clients this year as she begins her tenure in the role.
Shah added that, as part of this approach, the agencies will move away from “serial pitching” and instead focus on a smaller number of long-term partnerships. “We believe in long-term brand building, and so want to be extremely mindful of who we partner with,” she noted.
Shah co-founded Kinnect, which is now a part of the Omnicom Advertising India network, with partner Rohan Mehta. The agency has since grown to a team of more than 600 professionals across Mumbai, Delhi and Bengaluru.
Earlier in her career, Shah worked with JWT India and Percept H.
