Paytm has promoted Saurabh Agarwal to Vice President (VP - Business), marking another milestone in his long-standing association with the fintech company.
Agarwal announced the development in a LinkedIn post, expressing his enthusiasm about taking on the new role. Prior to this elevation, he served as Associate Vice President II (AVP II) at Paytm.
This is Agarwal’s second tenure at Paytm, having previously worked with the organisation between August 2017 and June 2019 before rejoining at a later stage.
Agarwal brings more than 15 years of experience across fintech, logistics, edtech, insurance, express distribution and information technology. Before rejoining Paytm, Agarwal served as Associate Director - Sales at BlackBuck (Zinka Logistics Solutions Pvt. Ltd.).
Earlier in his career, he held roles at UrbanPro, ICICI Lombard General Insurance, Reliance General Insurance, GATI-KWE and Infosys.
