Rathnam has been associated with Xiaomi India for nearly six years. Over the course of his career at the company, he has handled Kerala and Karnataka, led the Exclusive Channel and worked in Organised Trade for India before heading India 2.
He has over 20 years of experience in the telecom industry, spanning sales and marketing, distribution, key account management, business operations and revenue expansion.
His previous stints include roles at InFocus (Innomcom Electronics India), AppsDaily Solutions and LG Electronics India, among others.
