- Shirley Coses Dsilva has been appointed to lead Asia Pacific Commercial Communications at Lenovo, expanding her role after four years as Head of Communications for Lenovo India.
- In her new position, Dsilva will focus on communications strategy to support commercial business priorities and enhance enterprise technology storytelling.
- She will collaborate closely with Sumir Bhatia and the commercial leadership team in her expanded role.
- Dsilva has over 19 years of experience in media and corporate communications across various sectors, including hospitality, real estate, and engineering, and has previously held positions at several notable companies.
Shirley Coses Dsilva has been elevated to lead Asia Pacific Commercial Communications at Lenovo. She takes on the broader regional mandate after four years as Head of Communications for Lenovo India.
Talking about her new role, Dsilva shared on LinkedIn, “I’ll lead communications strategy supporting our commercial business priorities, shape our commercial narrative and executive positioning, and strengthen our enterprise technology and Hybrid AI storytelling.”
Dsilva will work closely with Sumir Bhatia and the wider commercial leadership team as part of her expanded regional mandate.
She brings more than 19 years of experience in media and corporate communications across sectors including hospitality, real estate, engineering, infrastructure, BFSI and FMCG. Her expertise spans media relations, internal communications, brand messaging, social and digital media, strategic media planning, crisis communications and reputation management.
Before joining Lenovo, Dsilva held roles at Strategic Growth Advisors, Prose Integrated, Parle Agro, Reliance Capital, Larsen & Toubro, among others.
