Ankit Gupta has joined Poonawalla Fincorp as Head - Digital and Transformation.
In his new role, he will lead the product innovation and capability charter, focusing on developing technology-led products and scalable digital capabilities across the company's consumer and commercial finance businesses.
Gupta brings over 13 years of experience across product innovation, digital transformation and customer experience in financial services, fintech and commercial banking.
Prior to joining Poonawalla Fincorp, he was associated with Godrej Capital for over three years, most recently serving as Head - Digital CX. Earlier, he held roles at RBL Bank, HSBC and ICICI Bank, among others.
