Opus Agency names new APAC leaders as it scales regional business
The event marketing agency puts Erica Seo in charge of ASEAN and Charles Turner at the helm of ANZ

- Opus Agency has appointed Erica Seo as Senior Vice President for ASEAN and Charles Turner as Senior Vice President for ANZ to strengthen its presence in the Asia Pacific region.
- Seo previously served as business head for APAC at Spalba and held senior roles at George P Johnson Experience Marketing, including Managing Director of GPJ Korea.
- Turner will manage operations in Australia and New Zealand, focusing on commercial performance, client growth, and regional capability development, with a background from George P Johnson and The Company We Keep.
- The agency is expanding its APAC operations and has worked with clients like Salesforce and AWS, recently hosting the AWS Summit ASEAN, which attracted over 16,000 attendees.
Global event marketing agency Opus Agency has appointed dedicated leaders for ASEAN and ANZ, as it builds out its presence across Asia Pacific.
Erica Seo has joined as Senior Vice President, ASEAN, while Charles Turner has taken on the role of Senior Vice President, ANZ. Both will report to Opus Agency President, Dena Lowery.
Seo comes from Spalba, where she served as business head for APAC. Earlier in her career, she held senior roles at George P Johnson Experience Marketing, including Managing Director of GPJ Korea.
Turner will oversee Opus' operations in Australia and New Zealand, with responsibility for commercial performance, client growth, day-to-day operations and the development of the agency's regional capabilities. He brings 12 years of experience from George P Johnson Australia and New Zealand, followed by two years at The Company We Keep, which Opus acquired in 2025.
The appointments come as Opus expands its APAC operations. The agency works with clients such as Salesforce, AWS, UBS and Red Hat. Among its recent projects is AWS Summit ASEAN, staged across Singapore, Bangkok and Jakarta, which drew more than 16,000 attendees.
