  • Sigrid R has been appointed as Regional Head of AI Capabilities for the Asia-Pacific region at JPMorganChase, effective May 2026.
  • In her role, she will focus on developing practical AI solutions tailored to regional business needs and enhancing AI capabilities across Asia.
  • Sigrid previously served as Global Chief AI Officer at EFG Private Bank from January 2024 to May 2026 and held positions at Credit Suisse, including Global Head of Data Science & Analytics & AI Solutions.
  • She is also involved in AI ethics and governance as a member of the Singapore Computer Society's committee and serves as a Data Analytics Advisory Member at Singapore Management University.

Sigrid R has joined JPMorganChase as Regional Head of AI Capabilities for the Asia-Pacific region.

In her new role, Sigrid will focus on translating regional business needs into practical AI solutions and building AI capabilities across Asia. She will also work with teams globally to develop applications aimed at creating impact for the bank’s business units and clients.

Before joining JPMorganChase in May 2026, Sigrid was Global Chief AI Officer at EFG Private Bank, a role she held from January 2024 to May 2026.

She previously spent three years at Credit Suisse, where she served as Global Head of Data Science & Analytics & AI Solutions (Executive Director) from July 2022 to January 2024 and Head of APAC Data & Analytics Solutions from February 2021 to June 2022.

Sigrid is also a member of the AI Ethics & Governance Committee at the Singapore Computer Society and serves as a Data Analytics Advisory Member at Singapore Management University.
