The Ogilvy Group has elevated Kelsey Murray to the role of Global Head of Growth, with immediate effect. In her new position, Murray will report to Global CEO Laurent Ezekiel and oversee growth initiatives across the group’s portfolio of brands, including Ogilvy, Grey, David, New Commercial Arts and INGO. She will focus on enhancing collaboration across the network to accelerate new business opportunities and deliver stronger outcomes for clients.

Her strategic leadership has been pivotal in converting high-stakes pitches on behalf of WPP and Ogilvy Group, including integrated global wins for Henkel Consumer Brands, and Kenvue, as well as numerous creative wins such as ABInBev, Haleon, and Circle K.
