WPP appoints Anne-Isabelle Choueiri as Chief Transformation Officer
Anne-Isabelle joins from The Estée Lauder Companies to take up this newly created role

WPP has appointed Anne-Isabelle Choueiri as the Chief Transformation Officer.
This is a newly created role and Anne-Isabelle will be responsible for designing, implementing and embedding the operations for Elevate28, which is WPP’s three-year growth plan.
She joins WPP from The Estée Lauder Companies, where she led enterprise-wide strategic initiatives.
Previously, Anne-Isabelle has held leadership roles at world-class consultancies including Accenture, Masaï – a Bain & Co spin-off – and Kearney. She also has a background in leading data and digital marketing agencies.

Anne-Isabelle will be based in New York and will sit on WPP's Executive Committee.
