Nestlé India has announced the appointment of Nitu Bhushan as its new Head – Human Resources (Senior Management Personnel), effective 2nd March 2026, the company said in its regulatory filings.
She currently serves as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Pernod Ricard India for South Asia.
Bhushan, 47, brings over 22 years of extensive HR leadership experience across multiple sectors and geographies. Her career includes leadership roles at prominent organizations such as Accenture, Asian Paints, HSBC Bank, Mondelez International and Abbott.
Her areas of focus include business partnering, talent acquisition, gender parity, and organizational development.
