Navya Joseph has joined KPMG India as Director – Strategy and Insights (Digital Solutions), following a four-year stint at PwC.
Joseph was most recently a Director at PwC, a position she held from April 2025 to September 2026. Before that, she served as Associate Director at the firm from August 2022 to March 2025.
Prior to joining PwC, Joseph spent over five years at EY. She began as a Senior Consultant in February 2017 and was promoted to Manager in February 2021, a role she held until June 2022.
Her appointment at KPMG marks her next move in a career spanning consulting roles at PwC and EY.
