Jim Rowan, CEO of Volvo Cars, has decided to step down from his role. The company announced the news through a LinkedIn post. Rowan held the role since March 2022.

Since joining the company in 2022, Jim Rowan has led Volvo Cars through an exciting period of transformation, driving its electrification strategy forward, advancing the technology ambitions, and reinforcing the company’s commitment to sustainability.

Under his leadership, the company has taken significant strides toward our vision of becoming a fully electric car company.
