James Temperley, who served as the Head of Partnerships & Investment at Initiative, has decided to move on. He shared the news of his departure from the company through a LinkedIn post.
“After 23 amazing years at Initiative UK and IPG Mediabrands UK, it's time for a new chapter. It’s bittersweet to say goodbye, but I’m grateful for the journey. I truly believe this is the right decision and time for both sides”, he said in his LinkedIn post.
“Reflecting on my time here, I remember Jed Hallam describing me as authentic, and that resonated with me. So, I hope this post will be just that. I’m leaving due to a restructure; these happen as part of business evolution. Restructures don’t always work for everyone, but they do bring new opportunities and I wish the new investment team all the best”, he added.
