Info Edge (India) Limited has approved an internal reorganisation of its education and real estate business verticals, effective 1 May 2026. The company shared via regulatory filing that the changes were approved by its board following recommendations from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee through a resolution passed by circulation on 14 April.
As part of the move, Ambrish Kumar Singh, who is currently Executive Vice President and Head of Sales & Customer Delivery for Shiksha, has been re-designated as EVP and Head of Sales & Sales Enablement for 99acres.
He will continue as a senior management personnel in the company. In his new role, he will focus on sales enablement, strengthening client relationships, and business expansion for 99acres.
Bhisham Dhingra, who joined the company in 2020, currently Head of Sales and Customer Delivery at 99acres, has been re-designated as Head of Sales, Strategy and Client Delivery for Shiksha.
Dhingra brings over 23 years of leadership experience across sales, product, and customer delivery functions, and has previously worked with Kohler Co., Nokia and Heinz. In his new role, Dhingra will be responsible for leading the overall sales and growth strategy for the Shiksha domestic vertical, with a focus on corporate sales, client delivery, and domestic counselling.
