Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited has announced the appointment of Srividya Venkataraman as Director (Finance), with effect from 24 June 2026. She joins HPCL from Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL), where she served as Executive Director (Finance).
She is a seasoned finance professional with extensive expertise in corporate finance, treasury management, risk management, taxation, investor relations, capital markets and business finance.
In a LinkedIn post, BPCL confirmed her exit, noting that Venkataraman concludes a distinguished three-decade career with the company.
