Reema Jain has been named as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Unilever. She shared the news on LinkedIn, describing the move as an opportunity to accelerate the role of artificial intelligence and technology in shaping the business.
An experienced IT and digital transformation leader with more than two decades in the field, Jain has led large-scale change programmes across global capability centres and country operations. Her expertise spans cloud computing, AI, analytics and DevOps.
Her earlier stint at Unilever ran from May 2016 to May 2021.
Before rejoining Unilever in May 2025, Jain served for over three years as Chief Information and Digital Officer at Hero MotoCorp. She has also held senior roles at Vodafone and General Electric.
Jain has also served on the board of Hero MotoCorp Magneti Marelli Auto Limited, a joint venture between Hero MotoCorp and Marelli, and as a board observer at Ather Energy.
