Godrej Wealth, the wealth management business of the Godrej Industries Group, has announced a series of leadership appointments across its business, investments, product, technology, digital and human resources functions following its recent launch.
The leadership team includes Neeraj Mahajan (Chief Business Officer), Sandip Jha (Chief Product Officer), Parag Khachane (Chief Technology Officer), Ankit Dhadda (Chief Digital Officer), Pavan Manchala (Chief Investment Officer – Private Credit), and Shuchi Arora (Head – Human Resources).
Neeraj Mahajan has joined Godrej Wealth as Chief Business Officer. He brings more than 23 years of experience in banking and wealth management, including over 18 years at Kotak Mahindra Bank, where he held leadership roles across its private and affluent banking businesses.
Sandip Jha has been appointed Chief Product Officer. He brings more than two decades of experience across wealth management, private banking, investment products and capital markets, having previously held senior leadership roles at Motilal Oswal Financial Services, Kotak Securities and Kotak Mahindra Bank.
Parag Khachane has been appointed Chief Technology Officer. He brings nearly two decades of experience in technology and product design and was previously with Godrej Capital, where he spent close to seven years helping build and strengthen the company's technology infrastructure.
Ankit Dhadda has joined as Chief Digital Officer. He brings experience across digital platforms, strategic partnerships and ecosystem development, and was most recently responsible for product partnerships and marketing at Meta.
Pavan Manchala has been appointed Chief Investment Officer – Private Credit. He brings more than 24 years of experience in financial services. Prior to joining Godrej Wealth, he spent more than two decades with the Kotak Group, where he led the Alternate Asset Group.
Shuchi Arora has joined as Head – Human Resources. She brings more than 14 years of experience in human resource strategy, organisation design and performance management, and has previously held senior HR roles at HSBC, Aon, ICICI Bank and DCM Shriram.
