Godrej Wealth, the wealth management arm of the Godrej Industries Group, has strengthened its leadership team with several key appointments across business, investments, product development, technology, digital operations, and human resources following its recent launch.
The new leadership team includes Neeraj Mahajan as Chief Business Officer, Sandip Jha as Chief Product Officer, Parag Khachane as Chief Technology Officer, Ankit Dhadda as Chief Digital Officer, Pavan Manchala as Chief Investment Officer – Private Credit, and Shuchi Arora as Head of Human Resources.
Neeraj Mahajan joins the company with more than 23 years of experience in banking and wealth management. Before this role, he spent over 18 years at Kotak Mahindra Bank, where he led various private and affluent banking businesses.
Sandip Jha takes charge as Chief Product Officer. He brings over 20 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, investment products, and capital markets. In the past, he has worked in senior leadership roles at Motilal Oswal Financial Services, Kotak Securities, and Kotak Mahindra Bank.
Parag Khachane has been appointed Chief Technology Officer. With close to two decades of experience in technology and product development, he previously worked at Godrej Capital, where he played a key role in building the company’s technology platform.
Ankit Dhadda joins as Chief Digital Officer. He has extensive experience in digital businesses, strategic alliances, and ecosystem development. Prior to this, he was responsible for product partnerships and marketing at Meta.
Pavan Manchala has taken over as Chief Investment Officer – Private Credit. He brings more than 24 years of experience in the financial services sector and spent over two decades with the Kotak Group, where he led its Alternate Asset Group.
Shuchi Arora has been appointed Head of Human Resources. She has over 14 years of experience in HR strategy, organisational development, and performance management. Her previous stints include leadership roles at HSBC, Aon, ICICI Bank, and DCM Shriram.
Commenting on the appointments, Manish Shah, Managing Director and CEO of Godrej Capital, said that wealth management is about helping clients make informed financial decisions with confidence. He added that Godrej Wealth aims to combine strong research, technology, and industry expertise to provide solutions that meet clients’ long-term goals.
Kunal Karnani, CEO of Godrej Wealth, said that building a successful business starts with having the right team. He noted that the newly appointed leaders bring deep expertise and will help create a scalable wealth management platform focused on long-term client relationships and changing customer needs.
