Gaurav Bhartia named CFO at P&G Hygiene and Health Care
Gaurav Bhartia succeeds Mrinalini Srinivasan, who stepped down to pursue other opportunities

Procter & Gamble Hygiene and Health Care has named Gaurav Bhartia as its Chief Financial Officer. This is in addition to his current role as Sales Finance Leader for P&G India. His extended role will be effective July 1, 2025, the company stated in a stock exchange filing.
Bhartia succeeds Mrinalini Srinivasan, who tendered her resignation in order to pursue other interests outside the company, the company stated.
“Mrinalini Srinivasan, Chief Financial Officer has tendered her resignation as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company effective close of business hours of June 30, 2025, as she will be leaving P&G to pursue other interests outside the Company. Letter of resignation received from Ms. Mrinalini Srinivasan is enclosed. The Company places on record its appreciation for the services rendered by her and for her contributions to the Company”, the filing stated.
Gaurav Bhartia currently leads Sales Finance for P&G India. He has a diverse experience spanning over a decade with P&G, across multiple categories and markets, leading transformational projects and delivering outstanding results for several important P&G businesses.
In his past assignments, Bhartia has had significant contribution towards driving business growth and improving structural margins & profitability, while navigating macro-economic uncertainties.
