Eric Kramer, WPP Country Manager of Netherlands, has decided to move on. He shared the news of his exit from the company through a LinkedIn post.

“After 18 years of building at WPP, it is time to throw off the bowlines. Exactly a year ago, at a leadership weekend, we were asked to write a letter to ourselves, one year into the future. One word stood out on that page: fearless. That word has stayed with me in the months since, quietly shaping how I looked at what was next. I think I understand now what I meant by it”, the LinkedIn post read.

Eric held this role for close to 9 years. In this role, he was responsible for overseeing and establishing collaboration across WPP agencies, driving growth and transformation for clients and WPP, delivering integrated client teams, a consultancy hub for marketing transformation and strengthening the company with developing new offers and M&A.
