EaseMyTrip has announced the appointment of Manmeet Ahluwalia as its new Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), according to a recent stock exchange filing. In his new role, Ahluwalia will lead the company’s overall marketing efforts, with a focus on innovation, strengthening customer engagement, and building the brand across India as well as key global markets.
 
Manmeet brings more than 20 years of experience in brand building and digital growth, having worked with leading travel and tourism organisations such as Expedia, Thomas Cook, Yatra, and the Singapore Tourism Board. Over the years, he has led several high-impact campaigns including Daddy of Travel, What a Pleasant Surprise, and Travel Like a Champion, the latter coinciding with Expedia’s global association with the UEFA Champions League. His work combines performance-driven marketing, content-led storytelling, and effective use of marketing technology across regions like APAC, EMEA, and North America.
 
Sharing his thoughts on the appointment, Manmeet Ahluwalia said that his focus at EaseMyTrip will be on strengthening the brand while staying true to the company’s customer-first approach and commitment to smooth travel experiences. He added that he aims to build meaningful connections with travellers, reinforce EaseMyTrip’s market leadership, and drive sustainable growth across India and international markets.
