Prior to his promotion, Dushyant Panda held the role of Senior Director, Head of Central and Payments Marketing & SME Business where he led marketing across multiple Central and Business Unit charters, scaling the SME business, and owning the P&L.
Before joining Razorpay, Panda headed marketing at NestAway. He started his career in Brand & Market Research at Kadence in Southeast Asia—blending consumer insights with brand strategy to drive impact.
