- He has over 25 years of experience in banking and financial services, previously serving as CFO at Citi India and TransUnion CIBIL, and holding senior finance roles at Standard Chartered Bank.
- His departure aligns with the bank's policies and follows the completion of his notice period.
Bandhan Bank has announced via regulatory filing the resignation of its Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP), Rajeev Mantri, who has decided to step down to pursue another career opportunity.
Mantri submitted his resignation on 29 June 2026. His last working day as CFO and KMP will be 25 September 2026, in line with the bank's policies and after the completion of his notice period.
“I have enjoyed working at Bandhan Bank and contributing towards the strategic transformation of the bank. I will be leaving with enriching experience and learning during my tenure here,” he wrote.
Mantri brings more than 25 years of experience in banking and financial services. Before joining Bandhan Bank, Mantri served as Chief Financial Officer at Citi India.
His previous roles include serving as CFO at TransUnion CIBIL, following a more than 15-year tenure with Standard Chartered Bank in senior finance positions across India and Singapore.
