Aye Finance Ltd today announced the elevation of four senior leaders to Chief-level positions, reinforcing its commitment to building a strong leadership team as the company continues to scale its business and deepen financial inclusion across the country.
The appointments recognise leaders who have played instrumental roles in strengthening the company's core functions and preparing the organisation for its next phase of growth.
As part of the leadership elevations, Ankur Sharma has been appointed Chief Human Resources Officer, Piyush Maheshwari has been appointed Chief Credit and Operations Officer, Akash Purswani has been appointed Chief Collection Officer, and Sovan Satyaprakash has been appointed Chief Strategy & Investor Relations Officer.

Ankur Sharma has led the Human Resources function since 2018 and has played a key role in scaling Aye Finance's people practices during a period of rapid expansion. Under his leadership, the organization has grown to a workforce of over 11,000 employees while strengthening its culture, talent development, and employee experience. His contributions have supported Aye Finance's consistent recognition among India's Top 10 Great Places to Work.
Piyush Maheshwari joined Aye Finance in 2015 and has been instrumental in building the company's credit framework and underwriting discipline. Over the years, he has successfully steered the organization through multiple credit cycles while continuously strengthening its risk management practices. He has also led the growth of Aye's Platform Business, making his elevation to Chief Credit and Operations Officer a reflection of the critical role credit discipline plays in the company's long-term growth strategy.
Akash Purswani joined the company in 2019 and has transformed Aye Finance's collections function into a unified, technology-enabled and process-driven operation. His leadership has strengthened portfolio quality while ensuring a balanced approach towards customer engagement, asset quality and long-term delinquency management.
Sovan Satyaprakash, a member of Aye Finance's first management trainee batch, has emerged as one of the company's key strategic leaders since joining in 2016. He currently leads Strategy, Product and Supply Chain Business and played a pivotal role in the company's successful IPO. In his expanded role, he will additionally lead Investor Relations, further strengthening engagement with the investment community while aligning strategic priorities with long-term value creation.
