Arnav Sharma has been elevated to the role of Chief of Staff to the CEO & MD at Tech Mahindra. He took to LinkedIn to announce the news of his promotion at the company.

“I am pleased to share my appointment as the Chief of Staff to the CEO & MD at Tech Mahindra. In my new role, I will lead the CEO office, and my team will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives through various collaborations as we accelerate our momentum”, his LinkedIn post read.

The CEO office acts as a catalyst for streamlining outcomes, reducing barriers, and fostering cross-departmental collaboration for increased efficiency and effectiveness. As Chief of Staff to the CEO & MD at Tech Mahindra, Arnav Sharma will lead the CEO office and will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives mapped to organization priorities.

The team is also responsible for nurturing an agile culture, co-creating processes with cross-functional stakeholders for strategic advantages, ensuring impactful value creation, and maximizing CEO effectiveness across various outcomes.

Arnav Sharma has been associated with Tech Mahindra for 5 years. Prior to his elevation, he held the role of Global Head – Global Strategic Marketing Programs (GSMP) and CEO Comms.

In his previous stints, Arnav Sharma has worked with Tata Consultancy Services, Dell, Wipro among others.
