Pidilite Industries has appointed Amit Agarwal as Chief Financial Officer-designate (CFO-designate) and Senior Management Personnel of the company.
According to the regulatory filing, the appointment was approved by the Board of Directors on October 9, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
Agarwal brings over 22 years of experience in finance, including accounting, reporting, audit and control.
He has previously worked with Pfizer, Hindustan Unilever and Vedanta Resources.
