Akshay Jatia has been elevated to the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Westlife Foodworld, as per the company's stock exchange filing.
Akshay Jatia has replaced Amit Jatia, who has ceased to be Key Managerial Personnel, with effect from the close of business hours on Tuesday, March 18, 2025.
Jatia was earlier the the Executive Director (Whole Time Director) of the company has been associated with Westlife Foodworld for more than 10 years.
Westlife Foodworld Limited (WFL) owns and operates McDonald's restaurants across 11 states in West & South India.
“We hereby intimate that Mr. Akshay Jatia, presently Executive Director (Whole Time Director) of the Company has been elevated also as Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) i.e. Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company, in place and stead of Mr. Amit Jatia, who shall cease to be such KMP, with effect from the close of business hours on Tuesday, 18th March, 2025”, the stock exchange filing said.
The filing stated that Amit Jatia and Akshay Jatia shall continue as Directors on the Board of Directors of the Company, and that there is no change in the composition of the Board of Directors of the Company i.e. Westlife Foodworld Limited.
