Star Plus continues to dominate Hindi GEC @BARC Week 26

According to BARC data, Star Plus and Zee Anmol continued to lead Hindi GEC in urban market and rural market, respectively, in Week 26

According to BARC data for week 26 (June 24–30), Star Plus took the top spot in the Hindi GEC category (collectively) with 603 million impressions. It was followed by Zee Anmol with 591million impressions and Rishtey with 583 million impressions.

Star Plus continued to dominate the urban market with 409 million impressions. Meanwhile, in the rural market, Zee Anmol continuedto lead in the same week with 470 million impressions.

Urban Market

Star Plus continued to top the urban market with an improved 409 million impressions, compared to 400 million impressions it had in Week 25.

Colors maintained its second spot with much improved 376 million impressions as against the 332 million impressions it fetched the previous week.

Zee TV moved to third spot with 340 million impressions as against the 287 million impressions it garnered the previous week.

Sony SAB dropped to fourth spot with 301 million impressions as against the 309 million impressions it fetched the previous week.

Sony Entertainment Television retained its fifth position with 269 million impressions as against previous week’s 274 million impressions.

Rural Market

Zee Anmol continued to lead the rural market with 470 million impressions.

Rishtey retained its second spot with improved 432 million impressions compared to the 416 million impressions it garnered last week.

Sony Pal maintained its third spot with 375 million impressions.

Zee TV dramatically rose to fourth spot with 215 million impressions.

Star Utsav held on to its fifth spot with 207 million impressions.
