A series of big editorial and leadership appointments have been announced across the India Today Group and affiliated titles, signaling a renewed strategic focus on digital integration, editorial agility, and brand alignment.
At Business Today, Siddharth Zarabi has been elevated to Group Editor, now overseeing the publication’s full editorial spectrum across Print, TV, and Digital. This move complements Alok Nair, COO of Business Today, taking independent charge of the entire Strategic Business Unit (SBU). The reshuffle is aimed at strengthening the brand’s leadership bandwidth and streamlining operations as the company pivots to a unified editorial approach.
In another internal development, the India Today Group announced that Shekhar, Seema, and Partha — key figures in the Input operations team — will now report to veteran journalist Supriya Prasad in an interim structure designed to enhance editorial coordination and support the Group’s AI-driven newsroom transformation.
Meanwhile, Kamlesh Kishore Singh, who had briefly taken a sabbatical, made his return to the newsroom. A long-time editorial force within the Group, Kamlesh resumes full-time responsibilities, bringing continuity and renewed energy to the news ecosystem he helped shape.
In the magazine space, Snigdha Ahuja has been named the new Editor of Cosmopolitan India. Known for her sharp editorial instincts and storytelling acumen, Snigdha is expected to steer the globally celebrated brand with a distinct voice tailored for Indian audiences.
These moves collectively reflect a strategic reset across the Group — one that balances experience with innovation, and editorial legacy with digital-forward ambition.
