  • Wipro Consumer Care International (WCCI) has signed a definitive agreement to acquire 100% of S Brands Consumer Care Inc., a personal care company based in the Philippines, marking WCCI's 16th global acquisition and its second in the Philippines.

Wipro Consumer Care International (WCCI) today announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire 100% shareholding of S Brands Consumer Care Inc. (S Brands), a Philippine personal care company.

This acquisition marks Wipro Consumer Care International's 16th strategic acquisition globally and its second in the Philippines, further strengthening its leadership position and growth platform across Southeast Asia.

S Brands is a Philippine personal care companies, with a portfolio of trusted, category-leading brands including KERATINplus, the country's No. 1 hair treatment brand; AlcoPlus, a leading hygiene brand; DeoPlus, a fast-growing leader in powder deodorants; Empress, an emerging hair care brand; and Fiona Cologne, a leading teens’ fragrance brand. Together, these brands enjoy strong consumer loyalty and leadership positions across key personal care categories.
