The Maddies 2019, the Mobile Marketing awards, is just round the corner

The awards will recognise work from industries linked to Mobile Marketing, and that includes Clients, Creative, Media Agencies, Digital Agencies, and Publishers

The exchange4media Maddies Awards, set to take place on October 11 in Mumbai, will recognise marketing stories that employ effective mobile marketing strategies done in the country.

 The entries will be judged on innovation, concept, execution, and brand results by a panel of highly experienced independent personalities from the domain. The jury meet for Mobile Marketing Awards 2019 will take place on September 26 in Mumbai.

 The assessment jurors will be selecting the entries that make the cut for the jury day.

The categories for the awards are:

 Marketing Strategy – Under this, the subcategories will be - Brand Recall, Lead Generation, Launch of Product/Service, Relationship Building/Remarketing, Best use of Apps/Games for Marketing, Most Effective App for Consumer, Campaign To Drive Sales, Gender Equity, Amplification, Community building, Social Connect, Maximizing Mobile Advertising and Digital Influence.

  1. Channel /Media Strategy - The subcategories for the same are Cross Media Integration, In-App Advertising, Mobile Applications, Mobile Website and Use of Social Media.
  2. Enabling Technologies – The subcategories include Innovation, Use of Integrated Payment /Mobile Wallet Solutions and Use of Rich Media / Video / Interactive Content.
  3. Lastly, the main category of Maddies is the Hall Of Fame Awards, which will have two sub-categories - Mobile Marketer of the Year and Agency of the Year. The winners for these two categories will be selected on the basis of the total number of points won by the agency in the other categories - A. Marketing Strategy, B. Channel/ Media Strategy and C. Enabling Technologies i.e 10 points for Gold, 7 for Silver and 5 for Bronze.

The awards are open to all industries linked to Mobile Marketing and that includes Clients, Creative, Media Agencies, Digital Agencies, and Publishers. Entries for Maddies can be submitted before August 31.
