Satyaki Ghosh recently celebrated his birthday, highlighting over 25 years of experience in FMCG, retail, textiles, and consumer businesses.
He currently serves as CEO and Whole-time Director of Raymond Lifestyle Limited, having joined the company in January 2026.
Prior to Raymond, Ghosh was CEO of Cellulosic Fashion Yarn at Grasim Industries and led the Aditya Birla Group’s domestic textiles business.
His extensive career includes significant roles at L’Oréal India, PepsiCo India, Spencer’s Retail, GE Lighting, and Burns Philp, and he is an alumnus of IISWBM, University of Calcutta.

Satyaki Ghosh recently celebrated his birthday, marking another milestone in a career spanning more than 25 years across FMCG, retail, textiles and consumer businesses. Today, he leads Raymond Lifestyle Limited as CEO and Whole-time Director, bringing experience across both B2B and consumer-facing markets.

Before joining Raymond Lifestyle in January 2026, Ghosh was CEO of Cellulosic Fashion Yarn at Grasim Industries. He had also led the Aditya Birla Group’s domestic textiles business and Thai Acrylic Fibre operations. Earlier, he spent more than seven years at L’Oréal India, including as Director of its Consumer Products Division, overseeing brands such as L’Oréal Paris, Garnier and Maybelline. His career also includes roles at PepsiCo India, Spencer’s Retail, GE Lighting and Burns Philp.

An alumnus of IISWBM, University of Calcutta, Ghosh brings a broad understanding of brands, consumers and manufacturing to Raymond Lifestyle as the company pursues its next phase of growth.
