According to Eicher Motors Limited’s regulatory filings, Mario Alvisi, Chief Growth Officer – Electric Vehicles, will be stepping down from his role. His resignation will take effect on December 31, 2025.

In a letter addressed to the company, he stated: “As discussed, I hereby submit my resignation from the position of Chief Growth Officer – EV. For personal reasons, I have decided to step down from my role and relocate back with my family. I will provide all support for the transition during my notice period.”

With nearly two decades of experience, Alvisi has overseen Royal Enfield’s entire EV commercial division, encompassing brand, product strategy, service, and business development. Prior to joining Eicher Motors, he spent over a decade at Ducati. As Brand Director, he was pivotal in launching the Ducati Scrambler globally.

Alvisi’s previous stints also include key leadership positions at Alfa Romeo as Marketing Director, Abarth as Head of Global Brand, Deux Ex Machina as VP Sales and Marketing for North America, and most recently, as Chief Commercial Officer at Lift Foils.
