Production company Radaan Mediaworks has made a key change to its leadership structure. Veteran actor and producer R. Sarathkumar has been redesignated from Whole-Time Director to Non-Executive Director at the company.
The change was approved in a recent board meeting and took effect on 15 October 2025. It was based on a recommendation by the company’s Nomination and Remuneration Committee and is part of a wider restructuring of Radaan’s leadership and governance.
Radaan has produced several successful television shows for leading regional channels such as Sun TV, Gemini, Surya, Udaya, ETV, and Zee. The company shares a long-standing partnership with the Sun TV Network. In addition to traditional TV production, Radaan has expanded its footprint into digital platforms and live events.
