RepIndia has announced the appointment of Yash Bhatt as Account Director in its Online Reputation Management (ORM) division. Bhatt brings more than 14 years of experience in customer service, digital brand experience, and managing online reputation.
Before joining RepIndia, he worked with Games24x7, where he led the company’s digital customer experience strategy, helping strengthen engagement and build brand trust across channels.
In his new role, Bhatt will help expand RepIndia’s ORM offerings by improving listening systems, upgrading reputation management tools, enhancing social intelligence, sharpening response strategies, and aligning reputation plans with changing consumer expectations.
