Puneet Kumar Malik, CEO of Aditya Birla Lifestyle Brands’ innerwear division, has stepped down from his role. The company announced the development in a BSE filing, stating that his last working day will be January 31, 2026.
As per the filing, the company stated that “Puneet Kumar Malik, Senior Management Personnel, will step down at the end of business hours on January 31, 2026, as he is moving on to a new role within the Aditya Birla Group.”
Malik has been with the organisation since 2010. He became CEO in August 2018, after previously serving as the Chief Operating Officer of the innerwear and athleisure business.
