Vivek Mohan Sharma has moved on from JioStar. He was Business Head- Youth, Music & English (TV+ JiHotstar).
The news has been shared by Sharma in a LinkedIn post.
“And Just like that, after five years, two roles, countless meetings, presentations, WhatsApp groups and last-minute changes, it’s time for me to say goodbye to JioStar / Viacom18. It has been quite a memorable journey across Branded Content and Youth Music & English (YME) Entertainment, shaping some iconic content IPs and shows, including MTV Splitsvilla, Hustle and Roadies, along with Rajasthan Royals Cricket Ka Ticket, Castrol India’s Ultimate Motostar and Royal Stag Boombox.
Excited about whats coming next. The next chapter begins in September, after a short break,” he wrote in the post.
He took the role in January 2025.
Before joining, JioStar, he was with Viacom18.
