Quora today hosted the second chapter of Quoraverse 2025 in Gurugram, bringing together industry leaders, brand innovators, and technology visionaries to explore the rapidly evolving intersections of artificial intelligence, consumer behaviour, and digital transformation. Designed as an exclusive gathering for forward-looking discussion, Quoraverse continues to shape the national dialogue on how AI is redefining marketing and brand strategy.

Building on Quora’s mission to grow the world’s collective intelligence, Quoraverse has quickly become one of India’s most influential forums for AI-driven marketing insights. The Gurugram edition featured groundbreaking perspectives and actionable frameworks from five distinguished speakers representing some of the world’s most respected organisations.

Here are the session highlights:

Abhishek Seth - Head of Media (Greater India), HP

Abhishek Seth presented “Era of Effectiveness,” highlighting the shift from growth-centric marketing to profitability and efficiency as the new performance mandate. He underscored the rise of AI PCs equipped with dedicated Neural Processing Units (NPUs), enabling powerful on-device intelligence that enhances privacy, speed, energy efficiency, and creative workflows. Seth detailed how AI is redefining marketing efficacy through predictive scoring, real-time optimisation, automated media buying, and personalisation at scale—establishing effectiveness as the defining competitive advantage for modern brands. His message was clear: effectiveness is no longer optional—it defines the future of competitive advantage.

Naved Chaudhary - General Manager and Head of Marketing Operations, Ingram Micro

In his address on “AI Driving the Evolution of Tech Marketing,” Naved Chaudhary explored the exponential rise of the AI economy, projected to scale from USD 390 billion in 2025 to over USD 3.4 trillion by 2033. He demonstrated how AI is powering hyper-personalisation, real-time data processing, conversational marketing, and autonomous campaign optimisation. Showcasing Ingram Micro’s AI-powered ecosystem “Xvantage”, he illustrated how self-learning engines are transforming customer experience, marketing automation, and digital operations. His session reinforced that brands must integrate intelligent systems holistically to stay relevant in an increasingly data-driven marketplace.

Rajiv Dubey - Vice President of Marketing, Dabur

The session on “AI + Ayurveda: The Future of Scalable Wellness” provided a compelling narrative on how ancient Ayurvedic principles—rooted in personalisation and holistic understanding—are being amplified through modern AI capabilities. Rajiv Dubey explained how machine learning, multimodal analysis, and predictive models can convert subjective traditional diagnostics into objective, scalable insights. The presentation showcased how brands can develop personalised wellness funnels, adaptive content systems, AI-led herbal recommendations, and biometric-driven wearables. The core insight emphasised that combining the wisdom of Ayurveda with the analytical power of AI opens a new era of population-level wellness and business transformation

Sajit Gopal - Head of Media, Jubilant Foods

In the session on “Transforming Through Every Order, Every Customer, Every Day,” Sajit Gopal demonstrated how AI now influences the entire value chain—planning, operations, supply chain, product development, marketing, and customer experience. Showcasing real-world applications across creative production, performance marketing, media planning, and customer modelling, the session highlighted AI’s ability to deliver precision, scale, and efficiency. With case studies revealing exponential improvements in creative turnaround times, cost efficiencies, and conversion performance, the speaker reaffirmed that organisations that strategically adopt AI will outpace those that do not.

Gurmit Singh - General Manager, India, South East Asia, Middle East and Australia, Quora

Gurmit Singh shared how as search shifts from keyword‑based engines to AI answer engines,  Quora has become a major source of trusted, human-authored knowledge for Google’s AI Overviews and AI Mode. With AI systems increasingly relying on trustworthy, high‑engagement sources, Quora now ranks among the most-cited platforms due to its depth, credibility, topic-driven structure, and strong SEO foundation.

For marketers, he emphasized a growing opportunity: as AI blends and distributes knowledge across platforms, brand presence on Quora increasingly shapes how answers—and consumer perceptions—are formed at scale.
