Omnicom Media has officially launched Hearts United, a new global media agency created by combining its Hearts & Science and Mediahub networks.

The new agency will operate across 40 markets and have approximately $9.1 billion in billings in 2025. The launch follows sustained growth at both agencies, with Hearts & Science increasing billings by 50% and Mediahub by 33% between 2021 and 2025.

Hearts United will bring together media, data, technology, creativity and commerce, with Omnicom positioning the network around an increasingly fragmented media environment spanning platforms, creators, communities, commerce and AI.

Omnicom has announced the merger in July but has kept the name of the merged entity under wraps, e4m was first to report about it.

The agency will be led in the US by Nicole Estebanell, former CEO of MediaHub US, while Ross Jenkins, who previously led Mediahub across EMEA, will head the region. Leadership for APAC and LATAM is expected to be announced in Q4.

“Hearts & Science helped pioneer data‑driven decision‑making, while Mediahub broke new ground by proving media could serve as a creative platform,” says Omnicom Media CEO Florian Adamski. “In bringing them together as Hearts United, we have created a new globally scaled network built from complementary strengths, approaches and footprints, and grounded in the shared principle of putting client growth at the heart of every decision.”

The new network will focus on four areas: an outcomes-oriented commercial model linking agency performance to client growth; AI-led workflows; integrated planning across platforms, creators, communities and commerce; and senior-led teams designed to reduce silos and handoffs.

Hearts United will also draw on Omnicom Media's wider capabilities in scale, data and technology, identity, commerce and talent.

The launch comes as Omnicom Media reports strong new-business momentum in 2026. The group says it has secured $4.1 billion in new client billings, including wins from brands such as Adidas, Delta, Dyson, IBM, Novo Nordisk,

Hearts United currently ranks No. 1 in the US and No. 3 globally and in EMEA for YTD total new business, according to COMvergence data cited by the company.

For India, the immediate development to watch will be the APAC leadership announcement, which could provide a clearer indication of how Hearts United will be structured and positioned in the region.
