Travel industry veteran Naveen Kundu has acquired a majority stake in Dubai-based VOYAGE 1, integrating the company with his destination marketing platform, Tourism Futures.AI.
Under the new ownership structure, Naveen Kundu will lead the integrated business as Chairman of the board & CEO alongside the founding team.
VOYAGE 1 was founded by Vishal Dhansinghani and Amit Kumar.
Speaking on the integration, Naveen Kundu said: "The traditional architecture of destination management is ready for a paradigm shift.
