The Indian Express Group is set to host the third edition of the Excellence in Governance Awards on March 4, 2025, at Kamal Mahal, ITC Maurya, New Delhi. The awards celebrate India’s finest district magistrates who have demonstrated exceptional leadership in governance, administration, and public service.

Presented by NxtGen Cloud Technologies and co-presented by NSE, the event will recognize district officials driving impactful governance initiatives across the country.

This year’s ceremony will feature Ashwini Vaishnaw, Union Minister of Railways, Information & Broadcasting, and Electronics & IT, as the Chief Guest, alongside Dr. Jitendra Singh, Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Science & Technology and Earth Sciences, as the Guest of Honour.

Viveck Goenka, Chairman & Managing Director of The Indian Express Group, will lead the event, emphasizing the critical role of district magistrates in shaping India's governance landscape.

The awards, supported by Indian Oil, Vajiram & Ravi, GSC Bank, ICFAI Group, and PwC, will recognize officials for their excellence in administration, digital governance, social welfare, and infrastructure development.
