Apply Digital acquires martech agency Ragnarok

Apply Digital, a global digital solutions firm, has acquired Ragnarok, a marketing and martech consulting company founded in 2012. The acquisition aims to broaden Apply Digital’s service offerings and reinforce its presence, while enhancing its capabilities in customer engagement and omnichannel marketing.

Ragnarok, is known for its work in direct marketing, personalization, and data-driven decision-making. The firm serves clients across industries including media, software, financial services, and healthcare. It has built strategic partnerships with technology providers such as Amplitude, Twilio Segment, and Braze.

Founded in 2016, Apply Digital has grown to a team of more than 750 employees across the Americas, Europe, and India, with offices in New York and Los Angeles.

The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. The acquisition could be particularly beneficial for companies in emerging markets such as India, where businesses are increasingly focused on enhancing digital engagement and personalized marketing strategies.
