Anand Shinde appointed Head of Programs & Impact at TiE Dubai

Anand Shinde has been appointed as the Head of Programs & Impact at TiE Dubai, as announced in a LinkedIn update.
He previously served as the Marketing and Community Strategy Lead at TiE Dubai, a position he held since February 2026 while pursuing his MBA.
In his new role, Shinde aims to enhance support for founders in the region and lead the strategic direction of core programs.
He is also the Founder of Yeti House.

“Today, I’m officially stepping into the role of Head of Programs & Impact at TiE Dubai. In February 2026, while pursuing my MBA, I joined TiE Dubai as the Marketing and Community Strategy Lead. The last 10 months have been incredibly rewarding. In this new role, my focus will be on shaping how we support and accelerate founders across the region. I’ll be leading the strategic direction of our core programs, bringing the right founders into meaningful conversations with our Charter Members and investors, and ensuring that our initiatives translate into tangible opportunities and measurable impact for the ecosystem,” he wrote in the post.

Shinde was earlier Marketing and Community Strategy Lead at the company.

Shinde is also the Founder of Yeti House.
