Rapido launches #BackToBasics campaign for road safety
The week-long campaign aims to take customers back to school and refresh what they might have forgotten about Road Safety
Rapido, the Bike Taxi app, has announced an innovative and quirky digital campaign, #BackToBasics, to drive awareness and conversations around Road Safety. The campaign went live on Rapido’s Twitter, Facebook and Instagram pages at the start of the National Road Safety Week on January 11, 2020.
The week-long campaign aims to take customers back to school and refresh what they might have forgotten about Road Safety. #BackToBasics intends to talk to customers about the most basic road etiquettes and why safety matters in a more fun and peculiar manner.
Talking about the campaign, Aravind Sanka, Co-Founder, Rapido said, “As a mobility company focused on safety, we think it is imperative to not only spread awareness about road safety but also drive dialogue amongst the youth around the same. #BackToBasics is our endeavour to reach out to these young adults talking about road safety in the way and on platforms they are likely to consume this in.”
The campaign, with its quirky yet insightful creatives, has beautifully captured the awareness around the use of footpaths, zebra crossings, use of helmets in a minimalistic fashion.
