Alphabet has reported a 24% year-on-year increase in revenue, with the company attributing its growth to continued investments in artificial intelligence that are reshaping its products and business operations.
Google’s parent company said Search remained a key growth driver, as users increasingly adopted AI-powered experiences such as AI Overviews and AI Mode. Revenue from Search and Other rose 17% year over year, while YouTube Ads recorded 13% growth.

Alphabet also highlighted growing adoption of Gemini Enterprise, noting that nearly 90% of Fortune 100 companies now use the AI offering.
“Our AI investments are redefining what’s possible across every part of our business. Q2 was an amazing quarter, with Alphabet revenues growing 24% year-over-year and Google Cloud revenues accelerating to 82% growth, driven by demand for AI infrastructure and AI solutions,” Google CEO Sundar Pichai said.
