Enterprise AI startup Kily has raised Rs 30 crore in a funding round led by Sorin Investments. The other investors that participated in the round included Razorpay and Wyser Capital.

Announcing the news on LinkedIn, Sorin Investments said, “We're excited to announce our investment in Kily, leading the company's INR 30Cr round alongside Razorpay and Wyser Capital”.

“Kily is building autonomous AI agents that execute these commerce decisions on behalf of brands, helping them operate at algorithmic speed across digital commerce. We believe this shift, from software that informs to software that executes, represents the next wave of enterprise AI, and that's exactly what drew us to Kily”, the LinkedIn post read.

As per reports, the fresh capital will be used to deepen its product capabilities, strengthen its go-to-market initiatives and accelerate adoption among large consumer brands.

Kily was founded in 2025 by Sankalp Mehrotra, Anurag Singh and Sharad Chitlangia. The company builds AI agents that could help consumer brands automate operations across e-commerce platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto and Swiggy Instamart.
