Wondrlab is in talks to acquire Madison World for nearly $120 million, news networks have reported.
As per reports, the discussion has reached the final stages.
Saurabh Varma, Founder & CEO, Wondrlab Network, told e4m: "We have consistently stated that Wondrlab is building for scale, and acquisitions remain an important part of that strategy. We are actively evaluating opportunities and are in discussions with multiple companies across capabilities that strengthen our platform-first, full-funnel marketing and technology offering. Any development will be communicated at the appropriate time.”
Madison World declined to comment on the reports.
Sources had earlier told e4m that the India arm of a leading agency from a global communications network headquartered in Paris is in talks to acquire a 70% stake in Madison.

If the acquisition comes through, it could mark one of the most prominent buyouts in India’s independent agency landscape in recent years.
Madison’s Executive Director, Lara Balsara Vajifdar, had clarified with e4m last March that the agency has "always been open to partnerships, but only if the terms align with the best interests of our clients, employees, and Madison’s future".
Founded in March 1988, Madison World has established itself as a leading independent advertising agency in India, operating across various segments of the marketing and communication industry.
