Daryl Simm named Co-President & COO in expanded Omnicom-IPG leadership framework

Omnicom has announced its post-merger executive structure following the completion of its acquisition of Interpublic on November 26, 2025. The unified organization positions itself as the industry’s most comprehensive capability-led group, powered by Omni, the company’s advanced intelligence platform.

Within this new structure, Daryl Simm has been named Co-President and COO, sharing the operational mandate with Philippe Krakowsky, who also assumes the same role. Together, they are tasked with driving enterprise-wide integration, operational delivery and the executional alignment of agency networks and capabilities across the merged organization. They operate under the continued leadership of John Wren as Chairman & CEO, with Phil Anglestad now serving as EVP & CFO and overseeing financial governance.

The unified leadership introduces a robust capability layer that includes Florian Adamski as CEO of Omnicom Media, Chris Foster as CEO of Omnicom Public Relations Group, Michael Larson as Chief Investment Officer, Toby Hackett as Chief Client Officer, Sissoko Lopez as CEO of Omnicom Healthcare Group, and Rupen Desai as Chief Marketing & Communications Officer, among others.

Enterprise-level systems have also been defined to accelerate scale:

• Client Success Leadership, offering central client service guidance and operational rigour.
• Global Growth Team, focused on unlocking commercial opportunities and working with capabilities to drive growth beginning February 2025.
